Icona Racing is a platform dedicated to advancing the careers of the world’s most promising drivers on their journey to Formula 1. Built by Icona Capital and operated in partnership with ART Grand Prix, the initiative combines the discipline of institutional investment with the precision of motorsport expertise.
The Partnership
At the centre of the program is ART Grand Prix, one of the most accomplished development teams in the sport. Founded by Frédéric Vasseur and now led by Sébastien Philippe, ART has spent more than two decades shaping the modern F1 grid. Its alumni include Lewis Hamilton, Charles Leclerc, George Russell, and Valtteri Bottas. Today, 8 of the current 22 Formula 1 drivers are products of ART’s system.
By integrating ART’s racing expertise with Icona Capital’s investment platform, Icona Racing establishes a model that is both credible in the paddock and robust in governance.
